Our factory has a high capacity for producing aluminum profiles with a 7″ extrusion press line. With our current extrusion production lines, we can produce profiles ranging from a minimum of 0.05 kg/mt to a maximum of 20 kg/mt. With years of experience and advanced technology, we consistently maintain high surface quality even in challenging sections. We apply a rigorous quality control system in all processes of the extrusion production line.
The profiles in our product range are divided into two main categories: standard profiles and custom profiles for customers. Standard profile types include round, flat, and hexagonal bars and tubes, rectangular and oval tubes, and L-U-T-Z-C-I-H profiles. Custom profiles are designed specifically for the final product purpose and customer needs. Ertech Aluminum produces for almost all industrial sectors.
