In our electrostatic powder painting facility, solvent-free powder paint is charged with static electricity and applied to the profiles to be painted with corona system guns. The powder recycling system collects the excess powder paint accumulated in the cabin and returns it to the painting system, providing a more economical process. A chemical surface pre-treatment process (chromium-free and acidic etching baths for profiles up to 7 meters) is applied to increase the adhesion capacity of the powder paint on the profiles. Our powder coating facility has a capacity of 1,500 tons per year and can paint profiles up to 7 meters in different gloss levels and all RAL colors.
Our profiles are resistant to sudden changes in temperature and humidity, UV rays, and corrosion, and have good adhesion and workability properties. Our painted profiles perform well against other external factors in indoor and outdoor areas, especially in terms of decoration and architecture, and have color consistency.
